Everyone tries to do his best in the field he is working or interested as it is quite natural that man likes to receive appreciation. People who love their work are loved by others everywhere. The wish to be loved by all is not possible to be fulfilled for everyone. It is the only lucky ones who are always loved and appreciated by the people. When we talk about our present Music Industry, the name we find more popular and more rated is not any other than Atif Aslam. No doubt, he is considered to be the luckiest singer in the field of music who got fame within weeks and made his way to progress without any failure.

Everyone has some ideal personality in mind and tries to follow him/her for the sake of inspiration. Before Musical Career, Atif Aslam was also inspired by the singing of Ustaad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Abida Parveen, Kishore Kumar and Mohammed Rafi. Atif Aslam adopted a unique style to introduce himself as a singer. As we know Atif Aslam always inspired by above legends as we can see this inspiration in his concerts when he pays joyful tribute to them by singing their admirable songs.

Atif Aslam has released three super hit albums, Jal Pari, Doorie and Meri Kahani. He has also been a successful singer of Bollywood movies. He sang dozens of songs for Bollywood Movies and luckiest each song has been remained top one on Music Chart. But that would not be enough. Atif Aslam has also proved himself in Hollywood Movies as a play back singer. Atif Aslam has three songs featured in the American independent film, Man Push Cart which has won international awards and was praised by critics. He then sung two songs in Mira Nairs film The Reluctant Fundamentalist. His two more songs ‘Doorie‘ and ‘Maula‘ from his second album Doorie have been picked up in 2010 for the soundtrack of the Hindi Version of a Mexican film La mujer de mi hermano directed by Ricardo de Montreuil.

In early days of his music career Atif Aslam sang the title song for a Pakistani Drama ‘Aas Pass’ with his co-singer Hadiqa Kiani. The song named ‘Aas Pass’. Atif Aslam also has been a captain for Pakistani Musical Team in a Musical Reality Show called ‘Sur Kshetra’ in Dubai. The captain of Indian Team was Himesh Reshammiya. Both captains were leading their teams as the representatives of two countries Pakistan and India. The judges of the show were very powerful. Their names are Abida Parveen, Asha Bhosle and Runa Laila. After many difficult tasks, finally the Pakistan contestant Nabeel Shaukat Ali won the title of the show. This proves that Pakistan has a lot of talent and the only need of the time is to find and polish. Aadeez have been waiting for ‘Sur Kshetra Season 2’.

His song ‘Woh Lamhay’ fetches him the nomination as best singer for 2005 in almost all the film awards of Bollywood including Film Fare Awards, Zee Cine Awards, and IIFA Awards etc. He just got nominated for Best Playback Singer (Male) for his song “Tere Bin” from movie “Bas Ek Pal” for Filmfare Awards 2007.

Some of the awards he has won include: Best playback singer, Best debut singer – Sahara Sangeet Awards (India) Winner OF Best Song Best Lyricist Best Composition – ARY Music Awards (Pakistan) Most Wanted Male – The Music Awards (Pakistan).
